I'm a big fan of the 'popular favorites' page, but at the moment, the comments half features a number of posts from the Star Wars Fanfare thread. At least one of which contains about as large a spoiler as I can imagine - it kind of sucked to learn how the movie ends when I was just checking to see if Greg Nog made any good good jokes this week. Should Fanfare comments maybe be ineligible for that particular page?

Tiny pony: I noticed that the classic What single book is the best introduction to your field AskMe from 2007 has been rediscovered and is showing up in the Popular Favorites list, but without a year associated with its date. Can threads older than a year in that list show a full date so it's easier to see when posts are redescovered?

Is there any way to view Popular Favorites for a given tag- for example, sorting posts tagged with 'books' in order from most to least favorited? If not, could there be? [more inside]

I don't usually have time to read all of the questions on AskMeFi, so I rely on the Popular Favorites (24 hours) tab to screen the submitted questions for those found most interesting by other MeFites. The problem is that because of the way they are sorted I sometimes miss some.
Would it be possible to sort them chronologically by the time and date of submission, the most recent being at the top of the list? That way I could scroll down the list until I get to the question I remember from my last browsing session. What do others think? Thanks!

Minor Bug: Under Popular Favorites, it says that the Mystery Science Theater post had 90 favorites. If you click on the favorites, it lists 153. If I recall correctly, it was accurate yesterday. That's about it, and please​dont​let​this​be​a​discussion​about​favorites. Thanks!

Low priority feature request: A "Favorites Hall of Fame", including things like Most favorited comments by week/month/year, Most favorited posts by week/month/year, all split between Mefi/MeTa/Axe, and even a list of users who have had the most personal contributions marked as favorites by others.
